After your workout, you can review the logged history, making it easy to see where you need to improve and extend the program.
But lifting weights for strength training is not the only valuable type of exercise. Personal Trainer supports cross training by logging your aerobic activities, using a built-in database of over 50 activities, such as jogging, tai chi, tennis, swimming, and many more. Once you log the time spent on your activity, Personal Trainer calculates the total calories you've expended exercising for the month. It even compares the calories to your goals to help keep you motivated.
