The Birdie Upgrade version 9.x software will update your current version 8.x Birdie edition software. It will automatically convert all of your existing version 8.x players, courses, and rounds to the new IntelliGolf version 9 format. Plus, IntelliGolf now includes shot tracking for hybrid clubs, adds more sidegames, a new club selector feature, improved synchronization, and more.
Important note: The Birdie Upgrade must be installed via the same PC that is currently running your existing live version of IntelliGolf version 8.x software. Also, the Upgrade can also be used to switch handheld platforms for existing version 8.x and 9.x customers.
With today's upgrade, you will also receive the following benefits:

The IntelliGolf Birdie edition Upgrade comes complete with all of our latest 1) Winddows Mobile Pocket PC (touch screen), 2) Windows PC-, and 3) Synchronization-compatible software. With the IntelliGolf Birdie edition, now you can access and download any of our 25,000+ signature courses directly to your PC and/or handheld, for use with IntelliGolf. Round set-up is a breeze! Hole yardages, par ratings, and hole handicaps are all included. Plus, course downloads are FREE for IntelliGolf version 9.x users and are less than 5-8Kb in size. The IntelliGolf Birdie edition includes:

Handheld Software
Use the IntelliGolf handheld software to automate golf scoring and wagering for up to five players (i.e. fivesome) per round. View round information for unlimited number of players, courses, and rounds. Track shots for every club. Evaluate game-improving statistics and graphs. Keep course, round, and hole notes just like the Pro's. IntelliGolf will even add up your group's wagers using any of the included sidegames (e.g. skins, birdies, stablefords, etc).
Desktop Software
As an IntelliGolf Birdie edition customer you will also receive our powerful Windows-based PC software. Using your Internet browser and IntelliGolf, you will have free upload and download access to thousands of signature courses, including their digital scorecards, for use with IntelliGolf.
IntelliGolf will track cumulative round statistics, print scorecards and export round results in HTML format for posting to the web. IntelliGolf even includes trend graphics. In full color, view trend lines showing how your total score relates to putting, driving, and to greens hit in regulation.

The IntelliGolf Eagle GPS Option adds our latest IntelliGPS® technology to this version of the Birdie edition for only $10 more (i.e. if purchased concurrently with today's Birdie edition purchase) for GPS-enabled courses.
