Use the Daily Journal to input any notes you wish: blood pressure,weight,body fat,heart rate,blood sugar and much more.
Health Tracker consist of four tracker tools:
Diabetes Tracker- helps to keep track of information about glucose, insulin and blood sugar level. The information can be tracked daily,weekly or monthly basis.
Diet list and Insulin list is also available. Diet List will keep track of details such as food, carbohydrate content and much more.Insulin List will keep track of details like next insulin date and Insulin price etc...
Eye Care- Precious Eyes that's got an amaranthine life should be given care with regular check up. Eye care assist to maintain the Personal Details, Doctor's Address, Lens Details and Medication Details.Personal details includes the Power Details of the eye with dates of last and next checkup. Lens Details maintains lens information that includes Color, Categories, Power and Soaking Period of lens.
BP Tracker- facilitates to store the patient details that includes name, systole and diastole readings, check up date and next check up date with other essential information.
Graphical view of systole and diastole readings date wise is also available for easy analysis of the patients health status.
Asthma Tracker- assist you to keep track of details such as name, devices used, frequency of asthma attack and date of next check up. Descripton about Asthma can also be maintained.
Medication Information will uphold name of medication with dosage and time details.
Doctors Information as the name implies to store the complete information about doctors ranging from address to fees.
Keep track of your blood pressure, heart rate or temperature on a daily or any periodic basis. Keep up with all the doctors you use or even hear about to make choices about your health care. All specific information about the medicines you now take or have ever taken are just a 'point/click' away.
