Mine was plastic about 2" by 2" with 24 white squares on it with the letters of the alphabet (i,j and u,v were combined on mine) By sliding the squares you could mix up the letters and then give it to someone else to see how long it took him to get the alphabet back in order. Now you can play the same game on your PPC. Move the letters with the stylus and the program keeps track of how long you've been trying and how many moves. An addition to the physical game is the "Switch Tile" capability. With this, you can choose to switch any letter with the blank spot. You can only do this one time per game, though, so use it wisely. See if you can solve the puzzle without using the option. It's harder than you might think. To Install Unzip the lettertiles-sh.zip file and use ActiveSynch to copy the file lettertile-sh.exe to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games directory of your Pocket PC. The program icon will now appear in your games folder. Complete instructions for copying the file to your Pocket PC included in the accompanying readme.txt file.
