Dev Tracker is used to track software development. To use it all you need to do is create tasks. A task could be a part of a feature that needs added like "make the ok button red" or it could be a bug that needs fixed like "when I press ok the program GPFs." Dev Tracker keeps track of all of the tasks and categorizes them by the software versions and features that they belong to. You can then filter the list of tasks by the owner they are assigned to or the status of the task, and when you need to see the big picture you can generate a report on an application.
