Different interest compounded types are supported. By introducing extra fields (such as tax, insurance etc.), it is easy to know if you are qualified for a loan.
It also allows you to change one of the three parameters (Interest Rate, Principal or amortization year) by a specified gradual step, and calculate 10 values, which explains how the change can affect your overall payment.
